Cylinder Information
Flogas
Flogas cylinders are the property of Flogas Ltd. When you purchase a cylinder you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. The cylinder is being provided to you only for the purposes of using the gas supplied and therefore it is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinder.
Cylinder Charge
When purchasing Flogas from us you will be asked if you have an identical cylinder to return. If you have a cylinder to return you will not be required to pay for a cylinder charge, simply have your old cylinder ready and the driver will swap it upon delivery. If you do not have one to return, you will need to pay a cylinder charge upon check out. This will then be used to swap for a new one every time you run out. Please note, if you do not have a cylinder to exchange upon delivery, we will not be able to complete the order without you paying for the cylinder charge.
Cylinder Charge Costs:
Gaslight – £50.00
All Other Flogas Cylinders – £40.00
Returning My Flogas Cylinder
Once you are finished with your cylinder simply contact us and we will pick it up free of charge (within our delivery patch). Please note that the customer does not receive any refund back from the cylinder charge.
Hobbyweld
When you are finished with your cylinder, you will need to show your proof of purchase in order to get a refund. Following a return you are entitled to a full refund less £10.00 admin fee for an original size cylinder and £20.00 admin fee for an ultra size cylinder.
Deposit Costs:
Hobbyweld Original – £70.00
Hobbyweld Ultra – £210.00
Campingaz
When purchasing a new 904 or 907 you will be required to pay for the cylinder. The purchase of a Campingaz cylinder means you own the it outright and it yours to keep. When your cylinder is empty, simply order the gas and the cylinder will be exchanged.
