How do I know what to buy?
You can find what each of our products are used for in their descriptions. Alternatively, please refer to your appliance handbook. Also remember to check your regulator fitting.
How do I place an order?
To order a product you can either call us on 0203 971 6934 or use our secure online payment service. All you need to do is select your chosen product and whether you have a cylinder to return.
How does the cylinder charge work?
If you have a Flogas cylinder to return you will not be required to pay the cylinder charge, simply have your old cylinder ready and the driver will exchange it upon delivery.
If you do not have a cylinder to return, you will need to pay a cylinder charge upon check out. Once this cylinder is empty you can use it in exchange for a new one and will only be charged for the gas.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit / debit card through our secure gateways (Stripe & Paypal)
For IOS & Mac users we also offer Apple Pay via Stripe.
Orders & Returns
How are my good delivered?
Orders are delivered straight to your door by one of our friendly drivers. Good are normally received within 1-2 working days.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
You can find our delivery area on our delivery tab which is located at the top of the header. Alternatively, we will ask for your postcode upon check-out.
Delivery Charges
We offer a free delivery service on all bottled gas, BBQ’s & heaters across our local area. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to other parts of the UK as we deliver using our own local specialist fleet of vehicles.
Disposal Cylinders
We are able to collect unwanted cylinders across our delivery patch. Please call us on 0203 971 6934 to find out when we are next in your area – there will be no charge for the collect service.
